Know what you’re going into and where you are going. Find out about the region you are moving to. Discover what the transport systems are like, where the suppliers are, where the customers are and how available staff are in the region.
Where’s the money?
Make sure that you have the money to make such a change – the move can cost a lot and you need to make sure that you will be able to get hold of the money before you start upon the path.
This can take time so make sure that you plan ahead…
Keep staff in the know…
Morale is something that is affecting businesses up and down the country through the recession so keeping them out of such a serious loop can do nothing for their confidence.
